is there anybody can help me about this error "provider cannot be found. it may not be properly installed"
i already install wine1.5 but still the same. what should i do?

What app are you trying to run? Post the full terminal output.

our program is made in visual basic, all installer that run for our system are properly installed, but unfortunately theres an error. when i go to the Wine HQ forum there's 1 post that i follow the instruction which is "winetricks jet40" when i enter here's the erro "mdac27 install completed, but installed file /home/matt/.wine/dosdevices/c:/Program Files/Common Files/System/ADO/msado26.tlb not found" whats the meaning of this? thanks in advance!

That's a winetricks error message. It could come from having an unclean wineprefix; reinstall to a clean one. http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#wineprefix

master dimesio your the man... thanks for the immediate reply. so far the error provider cannot be found are now ok, but when i open our system and log in my username en password it wont open the system, the same when i close the system it wont close, the system will stack up. what else can we do to run our system? thanks inadvance.

What is the exact Wine version? If it's not 1.5.21, upgrade. If it doesn't work in 1.5.21, post terminal output. http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log

master dimesio gud day to you, the problem of our system is KewlButtonz.ocx use by our programmer. if the ordinary button will be use the system will open. can you help me regarding this KewlButtonz.ocx? and 1 more thing can you help me about this yahoo messenger error "unimplemented function nspr4.dll PR_SetCurrentThreadName called at address 0x7bc4c800 do you wish to debug it?" once i sign in yahoo messenger are not responding. thanks a lot.
