I've installed Internet Explorer 7 with Wine 1.4.1 and it runs fine, the only problem is when trying to open PDF files (or any other file for that matter) while browsing, at which point I get an error message saying that "No Windows application has been configured to run this file". I've installed Acrobat Reader and have checked the file association within the Registry and everything looks fine. Any way to resolve this?
Thank you.

Re: File association
First can you open a PDF with just Adobe Reader? If you can open up Internet Explorer using the shell command wine iexplorer.exe. You may have to CD of the shell to the iexplorer.exe install directory to issue that command. While running IE you should be able to see any issues that IE runs into via the shell. Try opening a PDF and report back the error if any are flagged. You may be getting a false positive to what the issue acutally is.
