Beyond Good & Evil - The game has not been properly installe

I have a problem running the game.
When you turn on the game shows me a message.

The game has not been properly installed.
Install the game properly.

Just turn on the game settings correctly, but when I "play" in the settings it gives me the same message.

The game has a patch v1.01.
