I'm interested in where Black Mesa (which runs on the Source 2007 SDK) fit's on AppDB... Any thoughts?? Would like to give it some love on AppDB...

I've been waiting about 5 years for this release!! I believe others have to... I can I say wholeheartedly that it was worth it!!
Anyone recommend a good recent version of Wine that doesn't suffer from the Source Engine texture load stalls that the Wine 1.5.x series appears to be plagued with (Gentoo/Ubuntu and Wine installed on native partitions - ext4 - on a Samsung 830 SSD - constant stalls)? It runs fine - but is mad unplayable by these "pregnant pauses" every few seconds - necessitating booting into Windows 7 (same system smooth as butter)...
