WineOnWindows - compiling under Win32/Win64

Hi all,
i've been interesting in compiling and running wine under windows environement.
I read information located in http://wiki.winehq.org/WineOnWindows ,tried compile under cygwin but with no success.
Does anybody know how to compile and run wine? Step by step instructions would be interesting.

AFAIK, you can't compile wine completely for windows. Therefore, you can't run it

You can try stuff like colinux or andlinux, but I'm not sure it will work as expected
