What do you want to do it? Wine is not windows, you can't install it's internal parts and hope they will work.

I need run Networkview, this app need Windows SNMP service, because will not be able to discovery some devices types and routes.

First let's seem why Networkview doesn't even start on wine,

I'd suggest you look at native Linux application to this.
