Wine not selecting audio driver in 10.8

So I had WINE 1.4.1 running quite happily under 10.7... could play my LORTO and that was pretty much all I wanted out of it.

BUT... after upgrading OS X to 10.8, WINE no longer even recognises the iMac audio card.

I have tried installing the CoreAudio drivers, and playing with the registry as suggested in the WIKI, but to no avail.

I am to much of a noob to realise whether I've screwed something up, or this is a bug.

Well... I have no idea why your audio wouldn't work, having you tested anything else besides LOTRO? All my audio, even in 1.4.1 still seems to work fine after going to 10.8. YOu may want to try remaking your wineprefix from scratch?

The good news is though that there are rumors of posts (not public) that they are currently developing a native Mac client to be released with Rohan... (currently supposedly in Beta). So if thats the case you may not need Wine in the future.
