Heroes 3: Gold Edition - Zombie mode

I used to install Heroes 3: Gold Edition without any problems. I can run it, but after a few seconds game is turning into zombie mode. I don't know what is happening. I used to install Disciples 2 and Stronghold too. They're working without any problems. I have ubuntu 10.04.
Can anyone help me?
