Things to pay attention to in GW2 BWE3

Since this is the "Final client" according to anet, we can start fixing bugs right now.

Some things that need paying attention to noted beforehand:

• Trading post - might work might not, lets try and get it working if not
• Performance - Havok probably won't work with gpu so we should pay attention to that

Please make notes of any other things we should test here.

Started up, crashed. Told me to run -repair so I did and now I'm continuing...

Edit: Ok that's only happening in the asura starter area, but performance is as bad as ever and trading company won't load

Additionally, pressing shift acts as a toggle, and rightclick camera control isn't working.

Performance improved from ~18fps to ~28 fps in divinity's reach, but it's fairly terrible in the new asura/sylvari areas - probably why they are querying system performance info in the asura tutorial zone. Nonetheless a nice improvement given the new graphical options and presumably improved graphics.

Lack of mouse camera control makes the game almost unplayable - it will need some work over the weekend to get it back up to the level it was at at BWE2

I have no idea about fixing bugs in wine. But I just wanted to let you know that I am following the development on GW2 in Wine with huge interest.

And yes, all bugs listed so far are present. Camera not working, insanely low fps compared to Windows, launcher covered in black (workaround with -useoldlauncher).

However, if these are the only ones. Then the road to platinum rating shouldn't be too far.
