Installation 64-bit program on a 64-bit system

I installed wine1.5-amd64 package on my kubuntu 12.04 x86-64.
I would like to install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 (x64). Winetricks can't help me with this, so I tried to do it manually. I downloaded .NET Framework 2.0 (x64) and .NET Framework 3.0 (x64) from microsoft.com and tried to install it via winefile. Installation fished with error.

How can I install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 (x64)?
