Insert CD issues

Games are installing fine but when I try to run them I get an insert CD prompt when the CD is already in the drive. I found a no CD crack for one (THPS2) and got it working but can't get a working one for Homeworld.

Games are not installed properly, either your game have 2 or more cd's or you take your cd from drive without complete installation of the game.
That is the only condition which can occur according to your message.

no, these are all single CD games I've owned forever and I get the error while the CD is still in. With dungeon keeper I get it as soon as I run setup, both with a mounted image and the actual CD
