Counter Strike not working!!

when i start cstrike.exe i get following :

the screen resolution gets modified and cstrike doesnot work can anyone help me what is the problem??

Reinstall your graphics drivers. If your card is Nvidia or ATI, it needs to be the proprietary driver. If your system is 64 bit, make sure you also have 32 bit OpenGL installed.

my card is ATI and i am installing drivers now
but is there any way to not use it but use inbuilt intel HD graphics instead of ATI for graphics processing
