When trying to start DVD-rebuilder Pro 1.282, I just get a small pop up window saying "Invalid picture" - then nothing. It was running fine in Wine 1.3.16 and 1.2.
I tried the free version of DVD-rebuilder 0.98, and this one is able to start up, and appears to be running.
I'm using Linux Mint LMDE.
Has anyone else experienced this problem with the PRO version after installing Wine 1.4?

Looks like you have run into what we call a regression. Can you tryWhen trying to start DVD-rebuilder Pro 1.282, I just get a small pop up window saying "Invalid picture" - then nothing. It was running fine in Wine 1.3.16 and 1.2.

John,
I see the same lines over and over. This is a copy of the last 8 lines:

err:ole:OleLoadPictureEx IPersistStream_Load failed
It complains about PNG and JPEG support is not compiled in. What does this mean?
I should probably mention that I compiled/installed Wine from source.

James,
I tried removing Wine 1.4 and re-installed 1.3.16 (compiled from source just like ver. 1.4) and it start up and runs fine.
There is also another thing. When running 1.3.16 I get the correct icons from the windows programs on the desktop, but in 1.4 it's just a standard icon. This happens for all the programs installed under Wine. Could this be related to the errors reported in the log file above regarding the PNG and JPEG support?
