office 2010 smooth font if super ugly and hard to read. Menus are sometimes harder to read than captchas.... Any solutions?

In win 7 I could just uncheck smooth edges of screen fonts. Just wondering how to do this on wine

Winetricks has various font smoothing settings; try some of those. Also play around with the font smoothing settings in your desktop manager.
