Hi All,
I am running Scientific Linux 6.2 (RHEL 6.2 clone) 64 bit. My version of Wine is:
$ rpm -qa \*wine-core\*
wine-core-1.2.3-1.el6.x86_64
wine-core-1.2.3-1.el6.i686
Really out of date. Huh?
In order to test out any of the bugs I have posted, I need RPMs of the latest Wine. There are available by Dag Wieers at
http://pkgs.repoforge.org/wine/
Problem. Dag's RPMs are all 32 bit.
I do not run any 64 Windows apps (are there even any?). Is there any reason why I should not remove my x86_64 wine and install Dag's 32 Wine RPMs?
Your advice appreciated.
Many thanks,
-T
