[1.4rc5] Valve's STEAM Client Broken (Regression) Bug Filed.

Hi,

My freshly installed Valve STEAM client refuses to run
in current Wine 1.4rc5 on LinuxMint 12 KDE 64Bit.
(I remember it working in Wine 1.4rc4)
