Axcrypt for Wine

Post by Jonathan Dreessen »

Hello,

I'm trying to use Axcrypt with Wine.

By googeling I found out that there are some Scripts existing to help out :)

I found this Post in your archive http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-us ... 28473.html

The Problem is that when I download the binary I cant extract it :( .. I'n not sure if the file has currupted because it is too old of if i'm just too stupid.

Thanks very much

Joe

It extracted fine for me in windows. I saved attachment.bin. Then run
7zip on it. Although on linux running

tar xjf attachment.bin

should do the trick.

Thanks John, it extracted grate with Winrar on Windows.

On Linux I only became the following message

root@joe-Aspire-one:/home/joe/Downloads# tar xjf attachment.bin
bzip2: (stdin) is not a bzip2 file.
tar: Child returned status 2
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

Well I got it now :)
