Hero Lab shuts down when closing windows within the program

Man, I hope that title makes sense.

I'm using Wine version 1.3.28 and Ubuntu 11.10

The problem occurs when I open the application and attempt to create a character or open one. When a dialog box closes, the entire program closes.

I'm not entirely sure what to do, as Hero Lab 3.9's entry on the[url=http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.p ... &iId=25135] AppDB[/url does not mention this error.

I tried using the terminal to create a log of this, but I can't find the file location for some reason.

I reverted to the previous version of Wine yesterday, and it now works.

Hi,

What do you mean by previous version? Please try the latest version, 1.4-rc2 (1.4-rc3 in about a week). If it runs with an older version, but not with 1.3.28 or later, you should file a bug and mark it as regression.
