Using Quicken 2001 on Wine

How can I access a CDRom drive for backing up the data? I have tried Z:/media/CDRom, but the drive is not recognised; I have the correct permissions

Wine doesn't have cdrom burning support. You need to use an external, preferably native Linux, program for that.
