Am I to understand that you're trying to install Windows 7 on Ubuntu using Wine?

That is never going to work, if so. You would be better off looking at VirtualBox or similar virtualization software. Otherwise, you'll need to set up a dual boot,

Otherwise known as an Upgrade disk.
One. it is against Microsoft's EULA, to use this media for an original install.
Second, Wine will not allow you to install Windows.

The solution: Go out and get an original install media.
