Cannot open service manager

I run some program that starts its own service. It works perfectly under Windows, but under wine it falls with message "Cannot open service manager! ERROR_SYSTEM_REQUEST_TIMEOUT". Tell me please is there a way to avoid this?[/b]

Wine version? Terminal output?
