Wine ver 1.2.3 problem with program install and temp folder

I get the error " The file c:\users\username\Temp\Gif9c6.tmp could not be opened. Please make sure that your disk is not full and that you have access to the destination directory". This program installed just fine with a newer version of wine other programs did not. Now with the stable version all other programs installed fine but this one will not. Any herp would be greatful!!!!

It would be nice to know what program you are talking about. Some
programs need/desire/require a newer version of Wine in order to
install/run.

Looks like 1.3.28 took care of that and I am also able to run the other programs. Working so far.
