Wine No music

Hey guys,

I play to eveonline on ubuntu + wine ( 64bit ) it's ok, but i can't listen music.
I readed this

and i tried the 2° solution but it's don't work.

Do you have some idea?
I must compile wine?

Those AppDB instructions look pretty old. What versions of Ubuntu and Wine are you using? If your Wine is not the latest development release, upgrade. If you are using PulseAudio, make sure you are not using the unofficial and unsupported "winepulse" driver. Also make sure you have the latest version of both PulseAudio and alsa-plugins.

If it doesn't work in current Wine, post terminal output.

Hi.
I use ubuntu 11.10 64bit and wine-1.2.3
I listen sound, but i don't listen music.

I have this problem:

I get the login screen, and get to the character selection screen. It goes through the loading progress bar after the character selection screen, and then crashes. *Sometimes* I briefly see the window of my ship in space or in docking bay before the crash. After the crash, audio is stuck in a loop.

I fix it renaming the folder EVE/res/Audio/Jukebox to Jukebox2 but so i can't listen the music.

Hi.
I use ubuntu 11.10 64bit and wine-1.2.3

That version of Wine is old, and Wine's audio system has been completely rewritten since then. Try the latest development release, and if it still doesn't work, post terminal output.

but i MUST install vcrun2005 (mfc80.... ) and i haved some difficult to update to incarna 1.1.3.
