WTL broken again

WTL broken again

I'm sorry to report 1.3.30 has broken the Watchtower library again. After the up date I went in and the VC90 file was there again so I deleted it. But this time the library try's to run but crashes with a wine dialog.

It's probably http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=28642, which is affecting a lot of apps. It's already fixed in git.
