Latest update broke WTL

Does anyone know if 1.3.30 fixes the problem with the Watchtower Library not running. It worked fine in 1.3.26. If not how can I revert to an earlier version?

Delete or rename the vc80 manifest (the one with "deafbeef" in the filename) located in Wine's windows/winsxs/manifests directory. Note that Wine will recreate the file every time you upgrade.

Thank you. I'm converting a friend over to Linux and that is one of his requirements to have the watchtower library running. That fixed the problem.
