How to patch wine

I wont to taste the new patch of this bug

But I don't know haw to do it. The main problem is that I cant download the patch, because wen I click on it it show a page with a code but It don't download it as the patch, .diff file
Help!

First, don't post screenshots of terminal output. Copy and paste the text here, or if it's long, use pastebin and post a link.

Second, the terminal output tells you exactly what the problem is: you are missing the freetype development files. Install them. If configure complains about anything else, install that too.
