Is your system 32-bit or 64-bit? If it's 64-bit you might not have 32-bit alsa library.

yast2 gives me only a 32bit alsa-oss lib, that might be the problem. damn 64bit hassles me alot with wine :(
i take a watch with google.

i reinstalled opensuse with kde now, i had it with fluxbox on a minimal grahical system bevor.

now, after some installing sessions of the missing packages, i can build wine perfectly without any missing features.
