Can't uninstall COD4

i installed cod4 (call of duty ) using WINE !

and it worked pretty well ! but when i attempted to uninstall this game from my computer

i couldn't do it ! the installer says that the game is uninstalled successfully but the game is still there and i can play it when i click on it's icon !!
i appreciate your comments on this !

my distro is ubuntu 11.04

what if someone wants to keep some of his/her applications and uninstall just one of them ?

Install them to separate wineprefixes.

now i think i just uninstalled all of my windows apps
