Hey guys!
Can anyone help me figure out what causing this? I have the latest drivers installed.
I tried Half Life 2: Episode One with the same settings, and it has no problems at all.

Is this a nvidia graphics card using the latest nvidia proprietary drivers?

Nope, it's an ATI with the latest drivers. A HD 5670 1024MB DDR5.

Missing textures, eh? They usually appear when something's wrong, missing or corrupted in Source's textures. Have you tried verifying your game's cache via Steam first?
