Video Encoding under wine

Fedora 12, latest wine installed

I have tried various apps under wine and cant get anything working correctly.

The most common error is cant open memory location, but at bottom of error.log shows it cant write large files.

Is there a limit for max size or am i missing something basic here

You'll have to be more specific about what apps you tried.

Are there free trials of any of them so we can see for ourselves?

Did you check http://appdb.winehq.org for those apps?

Application: Ripbot, which in turn uses a few other apps like eac3to

eac3to is the app that pops out the error while trying to write the demuxed fles.

I can't tell you if the other apps are successful or not because I cant get that far.
