Can't get Counterstrike Source to start

Hey all,

I can't get CSS to start. When I hit "Play" in Steam it brings up the "Preparing..." window, it sits there for a bit then goes away. HL2.exe starts for a few seconds, then just terminates.

Any ideas why?

How about a terminal log?

I just looked at my system and there is a plugplay.exe in $HOME/.wine/drive_c/windows/system23 (C:\Windows\System32).

What version of wine are you running?

wine --version

Run these two commands in a terminal session and reply with what is returned.

Also I just checked and plugplay.exe IS in the drive_c/windows/system32 folder

Updated to 1.3 and that solved the issue, CSS runs fine now. Thanks!
