This software is for monitoring of fotovoltaic pannel activity.
It requires dotnet and mdac I'm using wine 1.3.14
I tried but I can't run it...

microsoft library required
It requires mdac and dot net. I used winetricks to run the program but it crashes, I also used the windows version of mono. I would to try some other installation ways (the program asks if I want to install for single user o for all users), but I can't uninstall it.
Is there here a .Net programmer who can understand the .net error message?
