I am trying to install a TAP.exe on my RHEL 5.4 linux machine.
It starts the TAP setup wizard but unable to finish it.

what wine version are you using?
did you check the AppDB if someone else has experience with your Application?
try running your setup from terminal and post the output.
Am I right, that you're using CrossOver? Then ask their support, as third party tools (as CrossOver) aren't supported here.

If still doesn't work, post complete terminal output (if it's not too big, use pastebin in that case).
