why isn't it running?

ok so I need to install microsoft office on wine (I prefer open office but it's for my sister which is still at school and they require microsoft office) so I installed wine I have the microsoft office 2007 enterprise CD and when I run it with whine will it doesn't run actually it does nothing so how do I install this shit?

What version of Wine? If it's not the latest development release, upgrade.

Is this a clean wineprefix (no winetricks, nothing else installed)? If not, delete the wineprefix and start over with a clean one.
