I'm trying to run Paint Tool SAI. It installed fine, but when I run it, it starts a Setup process. This process fails because it says:

Okay, so, I've read that apparently Wine does not support "admin rights." I've tried setting config to run SAI under Windows 98, but the program apparently crashes when it tries to run the setup.
