How to record accent on Wine

I'm playing a China's online game called Woolearn Academy on wine.
Wine Version :1.3.1

When I answer oral English test

I click on "start recording", but nothing happens.I could only click on "Skip this question" and pay 10 coins to skip this question...

And,background music file format is ogg, it sounds very noisy on wine .
