Memory Problems when opening a small .exe file

Memory Problems when opening a small .exe file

I just downloaded the newest stable version of WINE and tried to run a .exe file. The program I am trying to run only uses 50mb or RAM and I am getting an error message that says I need at least 50 to run it. I have a 26 inch iMac with a quad core i% processor and 8gb of ram so there should be no memory problem.

PS. I am new to Macintosh, so I hope this is'nt too much of an obvious question :)

would help if you say what actual version of Wine it is... and where did you get it from. All 3rd party implementations of Wine cannot be supported here.

Also what .exe is it? Whats the terminal output from running it?

I'm not sure what version it was. Sorry, I deleted it and decided to use Virtualbox instead. Thank you for taking the time to answer me anyways!
