Hi, is there any way to stop the "Are you sure you want to perform the action you just told me specifically you wanted to do?" requests?

I'm running a program on wine that asks me that every few seconds and (like when I use windows) it's driving me slowly insane.

Wine doesn't have such a message; it must be your app doing it. If your app does that in Windows, it should do it in Wine, too.
