There is a strong possibility that I will go 64-bit with 64-bit UBUNTU in about the UBUNTU 10.10 time frame. What are the implications for wine?

If the 64bit version of Wine isn't up to doing what you need by then,
you can install the 32bit version and libs on a 64bit OS and run it just
fine. You would be limited to 32bit programs through wine, but the rest
of your system would be 64bit.

16 bits DOS programs won't run with wine on 64-bit Ubuntu. So you'd
have to use DOSBox to play Kong
