microsoft office communicator 2005

Hi! im trying tu run "microsoft office communicator 2005" and i cant
resolve this:
fixme:ntdll:NtConnectPort (0x1434f8,L"\\RPC
Control\\epmapper",0x33ecd0,(nil),(nil),(nil),0x33ecf8,0x33ece0),stub!
i google it all nigh long and i just cant find the way!!!.
I need to connect to LCS 2005 because my company switch from Jabber to LCS.
I tried pidgin and miranda-im+sip but didnt work
Does anyone knows?

Wine does not have / support remote RPC like this. So in short - you can't use communicator with Wine.

working, the author wants to hear from you. Do you use
plain TCP, or TLS over TCP?

Do you need voice, or will text do?

for the first problem running the installer.

Dan: Thanks for the reply, i just nedd only text over TLS.
I will try trillian + plugins
For the record: I didnt have problems installing LCS maybe cuz the installer
i get it from my company is not a trial.

What happened to that part? What's the HTML file doing with this e-mail?

I searched around for any usable office communicator replacements but none work well in all cases. And none so far has native Linux version. The closest one was pidgin but that plugin hasn't seen any updates for a while.
