Try running in a terminal and give us the output.

thank you^^
so..firstly, when i start the Setup.exe it gives to me this output:

ubuntu@ubuntu-desktop:~/.../Setup$ wine Setup.exe
ubuntu@ubuntu-desktop:~/.../Setup$ wine: Unhandled privileged instruction at address 0x1a112b9 (thread 001c), starting debugger...
after, when i click on the "Close" button in the Install window(look at the image above) it returns this:
Unhandled exception: privileged instruction in 32-bit code (0x01a112b9).

You can use but since the forums feed a mailing list this
is a moot point.

The best suggestion I have is to post lengthy information like this to a
site like postbin.com and then put a link to it in your message.

Also, there is a lot of information missing in your post that happened
before the memory dump. Did anything else display before the Unhandled
... starting debugger... line above.

thank you for the info^^

so...the main problem is that...terminal doesn't return me anything...

let's see...here are my steps:

1)starting Setup.exe with wine(via terminal);
2)"wine:Unhandled privileged instruction...starting debugger... " appears(via terminal);
3)the graphical install window appears but after few seconds it gives to me the error in the image above(_INS5576._MP etc etc);
4)now...only if i click on the Close button wine returns me that lenghtly infos(i mean...if i don't click that "close" button...the info in the terminal remains stuck at the 2nd point);

you really should try a newer version of Wine before spending too much time debugging on an older version.

Try running the program from the directory where the program was
installed to.

It should be a sub-directory of $HOME/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/

This should give different results.
