Hello!

I'm trying to use wine to install a windows program on my Linux machine,
but the setup tells me that the program can only be installed in the UK.
Then it terminates.

Which way does the setup know that I am not in the UK? Which variable
does it look at and how can I fool the setup to believe I am where it
wants me to be?

I discovered that the setup checks the ip online. Without an active connection to the internet the setup refuses to start at all.

So this has nothing to do with WINE and there is nothing WINE can do about it. Please excuse my stupid question!
