Problem with Non-English apps

Post by rpz79 »

Hi ,

I've installed Wine in my ubuntu 10.04 and tried to run a old app which my Win7 x64 doesn't support even with compatebility adjustments.
Anyway the program runs under Wine the only problem is that it's whole GUI (menus , boxes etc...) is in Hebrew and when I run it I see Jibrish all over.
Is there a solution to this ?
I have to mention that my ubuntu is fully equiped with hebrew and I can read and write there altough it's with a small set of fonts.

Yes. Make sure you do have correct fonts installed. Wine's default fonts do not have Hebrew glyph. Also Wine doesn't support right-to-left text.
