If you mean GTA IV, there is some luck.
Have a look at this bug report: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16328

Users (myself too) managed to get it working by patching Wine and by using
xliveless.
But the last time i tried it was rather slow, even if playable on my
computer. It's slow on Windows too!
