What version of Wine, what graphics card, what graphics driver, what

Type this in a console:

Code: Select all

lshw -short
That should at least give you information about the hardware.

This will tell you the video card vendor and whether direct rendering is available.

Code: Select all

Okay, so your video card is 82945G/GZ Integrated Graphics Controller. That's an Intel graphics chipset.

You don't have a proper video driver installed (or it is broken). You can probably see and download it from either the Applications > System > Hardware Drivers application. If not, I found at least this link with Intel Linux drivers:

It would help if you posted terminal output.

Start reading here if this does not make sense to you:

Does this game even function on that netbook in Windows?

I find it pretty unlikely that such an underpowered device would be
doing heavy 3D lifting.

Anyway, it is blatant that you don't have accelerated Intel graphics
drivers installed or if they are installed that the integrated
graphics isn't up to the task. From my quick Google it can barely do
Compiz. Install the proper drivers (you have been linked to
instructions to do this) or accept that this device cannot run this
game. If that is unacceptable consider using Windows for the
application.

If your hardware is not adequate to run the game in Windows, it certainly won't run it in Wine.

You will have to ask at that games support site. We only provide
support for Wine here.
