No sound in Tropico 3

I'm trying to run Tropico 3 in opensuse 11.2 but the sound doesn't seem to work. It works in World of Warcraft, Civilization IV and Evil Genius but I can't hear anything here. Despite the others complaining I had absolutely no problem what so ever with installing. If we're able to get the sound working it's a gold rating.

There was nothing wrong with wine this time. PCM was set to 0 in the mixer table. When it was turned back to max I got sound.

In case someone else has this problem they can also try to disable mmdevapi
winecfg->libariaries->add mmdevapi->disable. It didn't help me but it could help you.
