Can Tor/Privoxy be used along side Wine with Windows Apps that reach the Internet?

Depends how it works and what you running under Wine.
Wine like any other application running on your system connects to the network directly. If for example you setup some forwarding rules using iptables you can redirect all traffic through a proxy. Wine included.
But you can't tell Wine to connect to the network via a proxy. However you can configure applications such as Firefox to use proxy to connect to the Internet.

Ya figured as much. All I want to do is run Trillian in Wine and use the Socks Proxy. I'll see what I can do. Thanks for your reply. :D
