I tried to execute the program from the terminal command prompt and this is the
error I got

1° this looks like a Windows 3.1 program (its testing for OS/2 version)
like vitamin already said, you should probably check for a newer version of the program.

2° NEVER run wine as root.

I wasnt aware of that "glitch"...
Im subscribed to wine-users for years and there was no problem before the forum link ( see authors :wink: )

To answer your question, I cant change nor fix the client,
using yahoo! web mail as provider.
I have no idea at all on what to do next,
maybe other yahoo users have the same...

Actually if you look at the ML list each your post was starting a new thread. Even before forum link went in. You probably should contact yahoo support about this problem.

Oh and you can use forum interface now. It should keep posts in the same thread :D
