Rlease of wine 1.1.27

What about the reason for not getting released of wine-1.1.27 on 31st July as there is a regular release every 2 weeks?
Is any one aware about this?

Alexandre is on vacation. Commits should start again on Monday (maybe
Tuesday) and 1.1.27 on August 7th.
