That link's broken but I think you mean Easy Miner. I think that bot has been discontinued.

No, but a lot of EVE Online bots are written in Autohotkey. Someone is writing a Linux version of Autohotkey now. However, EVE Online doesn't work on Wine anyway. Just buy Windows if you want to play games.
